THE GREATER IMPACT INITIATIVE

The Greater Impact Initiative isn’t just about building improvements – it’s about reaching people.

At Cross Bridge, we are called to live as the hands and feet of Jesus, impacting generations for Christ. As our church family continues to grow, however, our facilities are aging and no longer fully reflect the warmth, excellence, and hospitality we are known for. We understand that guests form impressions within minutes of arriving, and we want every person and every family to feel genuinely valued and welcomed—not only through our people, but also through the spaces we create.

Brevard County is experiencing rapid growth, with an estimated 4,000–6,000 new homes being built this year and more than 1,000 new families moving within a five-mile radius of our campus. Located in the heart of Brevard, Cross Bridge is uniquely positioned to reach these families and share the hope of Jesus with our community.

Our mission is clear: to create spaces that help people move from where they are to where God wants them to be.

FIRST - Live on a Mission

We are asking that you Live on Mission. Begin by praying for your neighbors. Listen to their stories. Eat meals together. Serve them. Find moments to share your story of life change. One day, when your friend walks through our doors, we want them to experience a place where they can say, “This feels like home.”

SECOND - Give Sacrificially

We are asking everyone to Give Sacrificially above and beyond their regular giving to the church. Our goal is to raise $1.5 million to fund a variety of projects that will help us better connect people to God and to one another. We are not asking for equal gifts—but for equal sacrifice. Each of us has a different financial capacity, but scripture reminds us that God doesn’t measure generosity by the size of the gift. He looks at the heart behind it. As you pray and consider your part, our hope is that every person and family will ask the same simple question: “God, what are You inviting me to do?”

What does your giving go toward?

Giving beyond our walls, just as we always have through compassionate ministries

We will partner with Nazarene Compassionate Ministries to dig three wells in Africa, bringing clean water, hope, and lasting change to three communities.

Finishing the renovation of our restrooms

We will install new tile, new counters, and sinks. Change out the stalls and update the mirror and lighting. Like a home, bathrooms significantly shape a first impression.

Building a full-size basketball court that converts into two pickleball courts

We will provide a safe, welcoming place for our community to gather, connect, and experience community through sports and exercise while they explore faith.

Renovating our sanctuary

Transforming it from a gym-like space into a warm, focused worship environment. This renovation includes new lighting, new flooring, new seating, and updated technology—much of which has been in use for over 22 years.

Updating our children’s and family spaces

Creating bright, welcoming environments where kids feel excited, safe, and engaged, and where families immediately feel at home. These spaces will support meaningful relationships, intentional discipleship, and help parents partner with the church as their children grow in faith

Paying down current debt

We will use a portion of these funds to pay down our current debt from the Student Center and Community Playground. Reducing this debt now is strategically important, as it will free up resources for future ministry opportunities. Our dream is to one day build Phase 3 of our campus, but that vision will only be possible if we steward our finances wisely today.
